I believe the body always moves towards healing. I understand the mind/body connection and how all pain is interconnected. Creative and sometimes even indirect therapies that include art and storytelling are unique and useful approaches to healing. Therapy can be a fun and explorative process.
I've always been interested in relationships and the healing power of positive connections. I enjoy finding deeper meaningful layers to struggles you face and peeling back those layers to get to the root cause. I provide a safe, supportive and compassionate space for this work.
