I work with people who are ready for real change, not just coping skills. My approach focuses on deep trauma re-processing that's very gentle on your nervous system. These mind-body interventions are often more impactful than traditional talk therapy because they reach the deeper parts of your brain. By doing this, we go straight to the root of what's keeping you stuck. Neuroscience-informed modalities that create rapid shifts will help you release those stuck points, allowing you to be more at ease in your body.
I offer Deep Brain Reorienting, Emotional Awareness Expression Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and in-person Neurofeedback. I specialize in trauma, chronic stress, and neuroplastic pain that has not fully responded to traditional talk therapy. Deep emotional processing is the cornerstone of how I work.
