My practice addresses these issues in a compassionate, cutting edge approach, using East-West modalities, and grounded in a spiritual framework.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Master Addiction Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am certified as a Level 2, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I hold numerous certificates and advanced training in trauma, meditation, yoga, nutrition, and integrated approaches to wellness.
