About
If you struggle with not feeling seen or heard, not feeling like you belong, not knowing your true identity, holding on to generational trauma, experiencing any type of trauma, suppressing emotions, experience with domineering parents/loved ones, feeling helpless and worthless, then I may be a good fit for you as a therapist. I focus on individual counseling, as well as supplying skills classes. I also offer couples counseling as a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. Wether I'm working with an individual, class, or couple, my goal is to help you not only survive in this challenging life, but to thrive in it as well.
My specialties include; DBT, RO-DBT, Trauma-Informed care, and EMDR. I provide individual and couples counseling. I also offer skills classes and currently have an adult RO-DBT class that meet on Wednesdays, and a teen RO-DBT class that meet on Mondays, and I'm in the process of starting a DBT adult class and a Grief counseling group.
I create a tailored treatment plan to best meet your needs and whether your goal is having a life worth living, a life worth sharing, processing and healing from trauma, gaining skills to help you flourish in life, finding and accepting your authentic self, or repairing a relationship, I would be honored to begin our therapeutic journey together.
