My name is Kimberley Giannini and I want to assist you in creating a meaningful purposeful life through creating a better understanding and resolving life obstacles. I am dedicated to assisting my clients in achieving personal life sanctification and well-being. My approach to therapy is evidence-based and holistic.
I am passionate about helping clients recognize their difficulties and develop strategies and solutions so they can live a fulfill full life. I practice from a cognitive behavioral therapy approach which targets dysfunctional thinking. I am also trained in EMDR and Brainspotting therapy. I work closely with first responders, veterans, and their families.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I specializes in trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. I also works with athletes to overcome barriers to sports performance.
