My therapy incorporates mindfulness and a holistic approach that allows for whole person exploration. I work with patients with issues ranging from depression and anxiety to behavioral.
I also specialize in working with survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence and trauma. I care deeply about the patients I work with and am committed to offering guidance and support as we address the issues you are struggling with.
