I specialize in working with women and girls (kids and teens) because there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing healing take place in a woman or girl’s heart. Whether I am working with a woman crushed by years of trauma, or a seemingly out-of-control teenage girl, or a child suffering from sadness or anxiety, I find such joy in creating sacred space to do meaningful work. I find this work even more rich and effective when I’m able to integrate your spiritual paradigm.
My work is deep, but with an emphasis on non-judgmental compassion. I am not the type to throw Band-Aids on the situation and send you on your way. I create a safe space for my clients to heal from their pain and create an identity that is aligned with who they are not who they were told to be or feel pressured to be.
