Whether you are faced with significant life changes, relationship issues, everyday stressors, or parenting issues, you will not face these challenges alone. I use a collaborative, emotion-focused, and integrative approach to working with clients and families, and find this to be most effective. I also have specialized training in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for both children and adults. I believe assessments can be an essential diagnostic tool in identifying specific needs for certain individuals. This can be very helpful in identifying appropriate services and interventions to enhance an individual's functioning.
