My approach is collaborative, transparent, and direct, using humor and warmth to help you feel more comfortable opening up about difficult topics or things that you may struggle with communicating so that you can face the future with more resolve and confidence.
Early sessions are focused on letting you tell the story of your experiences, at your pace and in your own way, which for many is the start of healing. Then, based on your experiences, we will work together to identify patterns in your life and relationships, the ways in which your emotions impact these patterns, and the tools you need to handle things.
