Our lives can be challenging at times. Our world is experiencing troubles both natural and man made. This creates stress and often can create depression and anxiety. Many of us struggle with chronic issues as well, like Bipolar Disorder and Trauma. I live in your community this is my home. In my practice I see individuals, couples, children, teens and the family as a whole. I am here to help guide you through the process of wellness and improving how you feel overall. I hope you will find that this process will be relaxed and comfortable when you come to my office.
I can help you with anxiety and depression. I am Certified in EMDR which is recognized as one of the most effective forms of treatment for trauma, I have experience working with substance abuse. I have worked with all members of the Adoption Triad. I enjoy working with children, teens, families, couples and geriatrics.
I have an extensive knowledge of resources available in Palm Beach County and Florida as a whole to better serve my clients.
