Life has a way of throwing us curveballs—sometimes it’s an unexpected crisis, other times it’s the quiet work of healing old wounds. Whatever has brought you here, I’m glad you are taking this step. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can breathe, reflect, and begin to build resiliency, clarity, and hope. I specialize in trauma work with individuals of all ages- from young children through adults. In my work with couples, children and teens, and adults, I tailor the therapeutic process to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I'd love to hear more about what brings you here and share how I can support you.
I help couples deepen connection, improve communication, and heal from trust, parenting, and intimacy struggles. For adults, I offer support with identity, life transitions, and especially women navigating juggling their many roles. With children, I use play, art, and sand tray therapy to help them process big feelings, reduce anxiety, and build confidence!
If you are facing challenges in your relationship, worried about your child or family, or overwhelmed with the struggles life brings, it would be a privilege to support you. My passion for walking alongside others is rooted in my own experience of not doing it alone. I consider it a sacred honor to hold space for clients of all ages as they are healing.
