Hello and welcome! Starting the process of therapy can be challenging. One of the most important things is finding a therapist that you can build a strong alliance with. I have a high level of empathy, ability to relate well with others, and a desire to help individuals, couples and families to create a healthy environment where they are able to thrive.
I use lived experience to bring a unique perspective into the creation of a safe and welcoming therapy environment. As a marriage and family therapist, I will help you view things through a systemic eye. My approach is strength-based and I acknowledge that you are the owner of your own story. I will meet you where you are, and serve as your guide.
