About
**NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** There are many reasons for seeking out therapy and you are not alone in wanting to do so. Maybe you have struggled with feelings of anxiety or daily activities have become overwhelming. Or perhaps you just want someone to talk with in a safe and nonjudgmental space. Whether you are being challenged by some of these issues or are impacted by something else, we can work toward achieving your goals. While working together, we can create meaningful change and positive progress through life’s transitions.
I have worked with clients who have struggled with addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, disabilities, anger and most age groups. Using a culturally sensitive, whole person approach allows me to consider and acknowledge the different aspects that contribute to one’s identity and their mental health.
If you are curious to know more or would like to schedule an appointment please feel free to reach out. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you on this journey.
