You may be noticing that your child or teen is feeling overwhelmed by worry, stuck in patterns of anxiety or perfectionism, or struggling in ways you’re not sure how to help. I work with children (ages 5 and up), teens, and adults experiencing anxiety and OCD, helping them better understand what's driving these patterns and how to move forward with more confidence.
My approach is individualized and may include a combination of talk therapy and play-based methods, such as sand tray. I have advanced post-graduate training in anxiety and OCD treatment, as well as child development and coaching,
I understand how overwhelming this can feel and aim to provide a supportive, practical approach. I welcome any questions you may have and am happy to connect and see whether we may be a good fit.
