Groups
Men's Issues Group
This group supports adult men—including professionals and fathers—who want to better understand themselves and improve how they show up in relationships. Grounded in a mentalization-based approach, the group encourages curiosity, openness, and reflection around thoughts, behaviors, and relational patterns. Together, we explore themes like identity, relationship dynamics, fatherhood, ego development, and emotional intensity—and how these impact navigating conflict with others—all within a supportive, nonjudgmental space for growth.

Radically Open DBT
This group is for people who do everything right—responsible, thoughtful, self-controlled—but still feel disconnected, lonely, or emotionally stuck. RO-DBT helps with patterns like perfectionism, emotional overcontrol, and social withdrawal by teaching skills that promote openness, flexibility, and authentic connection. In a supportive (and sometimes surprisingly fun) space, we practice letting go of rigid rules, sharing emotion safely, and connecting with others in real, human ways.
