She/Her/Hers
You are seen. You are heard. You matter. The healing journey can be challenging, and it may seem too hard at times to continue onward. But, it is in these times when we feel the most discouraged that we have the greatest potential to not only survive, but to overcome our challenges and learn how to thrive. You don’t have to do this alone. Navigating through the healing journey with an art therapist turns a solo endeavor into a therapeutic collaboration that can support and help guide you through your journey. ***I am currently not accepting new clients. If you would like a referral, please reach out***
I have Master's in art therapy and training in trauma-conscious yoga. I have worked with children, teens, and adults from many walks of life, with a focus on at-risk teens, medical issues, oncology, and chronic illness. It is my belief that healing can occur when all aspects of the self, mind, body, and heart are acknowledged and worked with together.
I am here to help you navigate your healing journey. Taking the first step is always the hardest. If you would like to know more, I invite you to reach out to me for a free 20 min phone consultation. I would be honored to discuss your needs and to share what art therapy has to offer you. I look forward to speaking with you!
