I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with certifications in Hypnotherapy, Biofeedback, Addictions Counseling, and Counselor Supervision. My approach to providing therapy is person-centered and mindfulness-based. The most common approaches I utilize are solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, culturally sensitive, trauma-focused, and behavioral activational.
I typically work with adults and couples experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, challenges in relationships & parenting, marginalization, fertility challenges, trauma, sleep difficulty, and preventing addiction relapse.
