Hello! My name is Kim Whittingham; I’m a licensed therapist with 20 years of experience offering individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, families, and adults.

My approach to therapy is one that is empathetic, strength based, collaborative, and creative! I am non-judgmental, motivating, compassionate, and gender and culturally informed. I utilize modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and TF-CBT depending on a person’s clinical needs.
