An eclectic approach will be used to best suit your specific needs. A blend of mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, and Somatic EMDR is utilized. A "bottom -up" approach is utilized to allow us to explore the dysregulated nervous system once safety and stability are established. This approach helps us work to answer the questions "Why is this happening to me?
