About
I assist individuals (age 18 and older) to gain greater self-understanding via counseling. I work extensively with motivated clients who want to enhance their relationships, manage their stress more effectively and achieve a greater sense of happiness, connectedness and satisfaction in their lives.
Primary areas of focus in my practice include addressing issues associated with anxiety, depression and everyday stress, navigating life transitions (ie: entry into new stages of life, career change, relationship transition etc.), speciality work with college students, issues related to substance abuse / recovery and adoption related concerns.
Unlike larger group practices, I personally handle all aspects of the therapy process (from making appointments to providing the therapy and billing). Such personalization provides an increased sense of comfort that comes from working with one person during your time in therapy as well as the utmost in privacy and confidentiality.
