Depending on your goals and concerns, I may draw from Psychodynamic Therapy to explore patterns rooted in early experiences, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills for emotional regulation, and EMDR when clinically appropriate to help you move from survival mode into greater clarity and emotional balance.
