I specialize in anxiety treatment and tools to alleviate sadness and stress. During the work you will explore aspects of your life that are blocking you from forward movement. I am honest and also understanding that everyone has their own pace for healing and growth. You will be encouraged, but not pushed, to try new tools of coping.
I truly enjoy accompanying people on a path to a better way of being. In addition to supporting my clients, I welcome supervising Master Level students, and new therapists to the field; I have 15+ years of providing supervision guidance to other therapists in high stress environments.
