Rooted in depth psychology, mind body and complementary practice, incorporating trauma based, transpersonal, solution focused and other therapeutic techniques and strategies, I work with adults, teens and couples struggling with personal, emotional, relational, life transitions, anxiety, stress, disillusionment, trauma histories, parental challenges, as well, young adults navigating individuation, differentiation, contending with middle, high school, university and post graduate adjustments. My approach is integrative, drawing on evidence based psychological methodologies and treatment modalities which acknowledge the whole person.
Invited is a present, focused process activating stillness necessary for personal, sentient, somatic, conscious awareness to come into focus. Unbarred, fully open expression, leads to recognition, informed connections made, revealing a kind of map. Quieting the mind frees lucidity, allowing for authentic perspective, knowing, navigable response to emerge.
Identify, clarify, shed distortions, gaps, blocks, confusion, undue influence, past and present conditioning. Adjust maladaptive behavior patterns/habits which influence and reinforce emotional imbalance and dysfunction. "Symptoms" flag trouble, signal openings; wealth of opportunity to realign with one's unique radar, gut, wherein answers are revealed.
