As a holistic, integrative psychotherapist, I have trained extensively in EMDR (advanced level II), CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic psychotherapy and offer these therapies in an individualized protocol. My favorite modality is EMDR, in combination with other techniques, which reduces symptoms and suffering and in much less time than traditional talk therapy.
I work well with smart, highly-motivated clients who would like to improve coping skills and resilience. I offer short-term, solution-focused consultation therapy (3-5 sessions) as well as long-term insight oriented therapy. EMDR & psychotherapy can be provided virtually.
