I utilize a range of evidenced-based and trauma-informed treatment modalities including CBT, EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, Nature and Somatic work, DBT interventions.
I am licensed in MA, RI and Maine and provide telehealth sessions to clients in these locations; I offer limited in-person sessions in Rehoboth, MA and Providence, RI through Aviv Mental Health.
