Are you struggling in your life or relationship and want to make changes? I can help. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, certified in Imago Relationship Therapy. I am an empowerment therapist; I help my clients realize their power to make positive changes by developing self-love and self-trust. I create a safe environment to explore your challenges, identify areas for change, and create solutions. My focus is on healing and helping you realize personal and relational wellbeing. We work together to create a healthy sense of self and positive relationships.

I specialize in couples and individual treatment. I create safety for you to make change happen. I address relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction issues, eating disorders, and spiritual concerns, essentially any form of distress. As a Transpersonal Psychologist, together we explore spiritual and existential concerns.

I truly love what I do and have amazing relationships with my clients. They report their healing is due to my supportive, non-judgmental, and authentic attitude and presence. I offer flexibility, while maintaining the integrity of the therapeutic process; my sessions are in person and via phone/video.
