I use a variety of strategies to assist clients, including CBT and DBT. We start with your priorities. We look at your self-talk, (that mental conversation you have with yourself each day) to see how it impacts your wellness. Sharing effective "coping skills" is part of how I help clients. I am confident we will find a strategy that works for you!
Family therapy sessions are also available to assist in resolving conflicts and long-standing challenges families face.
