I use a variety of therapeutic strategies to assist clients, including CBT. We start with your priorities. Becoming mindful of that mental conversation you have with yourself each day, is a good first step! Sharing my knowledge of effective "coping skills" is part of how I help clients - I am confident we will find a few that will work for you!
