I am a bilingual, Latina therapist. I specialize in working with adults, domestic violence, marginalized communities, attachment-based trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and complex trauma. I strive to work with client's strengths and support systems to enable individuals and families to meet their goals.
I practice through a trauma-informed, inclusive, IFS systemic lens. I have additional training in EMDR and Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) . Overall, my hope is to provide a space where people feel validated, experience self-love, see their inner strength, and work toward their goals.
