I believe healing comes through relationships, and I describe my relationship with my clients as a “professional friendship.” You have to feel comfortable and familiar with me as a human before you can feel safe with me as your therapist. I help my clients navigate personal trauma, enhance emotional well-being, and build connection with themselves and others.
