I have over 25 years experience providing therapeutic counseling to all ages from 18-80 in specialties of ADHD,chronic illness, anxiety, stress and relationship issues.I use a short term strength based model while incorporating many therapeutic techniques to help you achieve your goals. I have a proven success record with helping individuals and couples restructure their lives and relationships to find happiness.I understand that it may be difficult to come to counseling and I try to make it as easy as possible for you. I am available via online and in person. I have online scheduling so you can find something that works for you.
I use a variety of different therapies to achieve the best outcome. I have specific training and mastery in ADHD, CBT-I , Chronic Illness, DBT, Gottman Method, EMDR, EMDR-PRECI, (+), First Responder, Military, IFS and Attachment Theory. For couples, I offer affair recovery with a 90% success rate. I also am a yoga instructor and certified personal trainer
