My treatment focus emphasizes CBT/DBT work, taking into account the way in which our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors work together to shape our experiences and perspective. My competency and training also includes Level 1 Training Gottman Method Couples Therapy, mindfulness, trauma, grief and loss, expressive arts, play therapy, and work with families.
