There are times when life is painful and seemingly without answers, yet what seems most broken in us can be a channel for tremendous growth, even a source of strength we never knew was possible. My own healing through therapy and mindfulness meditation inspired me to pursue an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco -- the first program in the world to blend Eastern philosophical and spiritual traditions with Western schools of psychology. Today, I feel honored to support others on their journey toward healing.
When working with individuals, we explore past experiences that shape feelings, beliefs, and behaviors in the present. I also help clients access their innate wisdom through mindfulness meditation and somatic practices. For healing trauma, I use the heart-centered, neuro-biologically based Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM).
When working with couples, we explore past experiences and current relationship dynamics that lead to conflict and feelings of disconnection. I help clients slow down interactions to better communicate deeper feelings and needs as well as listen and attune with greater levels of love and compassion. Please visit my website to learn more.
