Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad or anxious? Have you ever felt that you couldn’t share your story with anyone because you feel that they just couldn’t possibly understand or that they would somehow judge you? We all have a story, and often we have to just push it aside just to get through our day until one day we realize that our story has taken over and is now interfering with our daily life. I will work to help you find the right tools to rewrite your story while in a calming nonjudgmental space.
We will work towards empowering you to make those positive changes in your life, and together we will help you find your own courage and self-compassion to begin your journey to wellness. I often use an integrative approach which may include Neurofeedback together with traditional therapeutic approaches to provide a holistic experience.
My clients typically include those who experience anxiety, depression and are recovering from trauma. I also work with issues common to current and former service members and their families. As well as those who have lost a loved one to suicide.
