I welcome clients and couples who are truly frustrated with life and not sure how to continue on the journey alone. This planet is a tough one to be on right now and a therapeutic relationship can be a saving grace. I help clients tap into their own intuition and use my professional insight to move matters forward. I explore body-mind constructs and stay curious about how the concept of energy plays into everyday life. I believe trauma is a predecessor to many mental health issues, so I always create a safe place for healing. I am also pursuing a PhD in Counselor Supervision and Education for advanced clinical and research skills.
In addition to my psychodynamic approach, I have excellent tools for self-regulation, holistic health and meridian-based trauma work. I help people heal from narcissistic abusive relationships, sexual assault, anxiety and depression. My focus is on "reconnection" with self, healing memories and trauma, and relational healing for couples and individuals.

Groups
Creative Therapy Process Group
This in-person therapy group focuses on creativity and intuition within a relational context. The goal is to alleviate stress, anxiety and depression through creative expression and by connecting with ourselves and others. There will be room for interpersonal processing within the group dynamic as well. Therapeutic groups are a wonderful way to make new meaningful relationships and continue with your personal therapy goals at the same time. Each week, the group will be led through creative exercises that support self-awareness, intuitive decision making, self-expression and healthy relationships. Members will be able to give and receive non-judgemental support within an ongoing setting.
