I provide counseling for women ages 18 & older in Michigan, who are seeking support with relationships, ruts, & life’s many stressors & transitions. My approach is warm, conversational, & collaborative, creating a comfortable space where you can be yourself, feel heard, & talk openly about what you are experiencing.
Together, we can work on building relational confidence, expressing your thoughts and feelings in healthy ways, managing stress, resolving conflict, & setting boundaries that honor your needs. Through encouragement, compassion, & gentle accountability—I aim to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, & feel more confident making meaningful changes.
For women who desire faith-based support, I offer Christian counseling into the therapeutic process as requested.
