Let's give you the healing you deserve by challenging unhealthy thought patterns and beliefs, discovering who YOU are and what you really want, and learning how to set boundaries and improve relationships. I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to walking alongside clients on their journey towards growth. My goal is to create an emotionally safe and empowering environment where all feelings are welcomed and explored without judgment. I focus on individual therapy, addressing relational and childhood trauma, life transitions (such as parenting, divorce, job changes), and grief.
My approach is personalized and eclectic, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focused interventions, all viewed through a trauma-informed lens.
As a divorced mother of two adult daughters, I understand how complex life can be, especially when it doesn’t go according to plan. Drawing from these experiences, I bring a non-judgmental, relational approach. I am here and waiting to walk through this journey of transformation with you. It is my honor to do so.
