Thank you for being here. I know taking the first step towards therapy can be difficult. I look forward to getting to know you. I believe that many people have experienced difficult events in their lives and have not had the opportunity to work through them. I take the time to get to know you in a safe, welcoming environment. I am passionate about helping others work through the obstacles that life has thrown at them. I will walk beside you through the journey and help you navigate the ups and downs in life.
I am a certified EMDR therapist, and this is a primary focus for therapy. I have worked in the addiction/recovery field for over 14 years and I am passionate about helping others heal and recover. I also utilize CBT along with person centered approaches. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem and co-dependency.
I work with each person to help them achieve their goals. I would be honored to help you navigate through the life events that have impacted you by processing them in a warm, safe, and accepting environment. I will listen to you and we will work together to begin the healing process.
