I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), licensed in CT, FL, NY, VT & MA. I work closely with clients, giving pragmatic advice designed to address issues, such as relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and trauma. I am certified in the integration of mindfulness and psychotherapy and in the treatment of betrayal trauma, and intimacy disorders, such as sex and pornography addiction..
My approach to therapy stems from what I have garnered through 3 decades of helping clients navigate the trials and triumphs of their lives. I am caring yet find virtue in being direct and pragmatic.
