I’m passionate about supporting all people on their journey and view therapy as an opportunity for growth. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and stress. I support children, teens and adults in learning to navigate life’s challenges, in developing tools to manage stress and in cultivating more ease, peace and joy. I utilize mindfulness, self-compassion, self-acceptance and self-love to help others rise above challenges and to remember their own inner light.
I have over 20 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and completed my Post-Master's Certificate in Couples and Family Therapy at University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I’m an EMDR Certified Therapist.
