I have worked with teenagers dealing with anxiety, ADHD and depression for many years. I enjoy working with adults who are dealing with phase of life issues, anxiety and mild depression. Adolescents and adults often experience distress as they navigate a life. Unfortunately, anxiety, depression and emotional or behavioral imbalances can be the result. I strive to teach practical, age-appropriate coping skills to empower my clients to live more peacefully within their world.

Groups
Parenting Children Seminar
A 4-part seminar series for parents or childcare providers focused on effective communication, relationship building and limit setting. Seminar topics are: Communicating with the Child Brain and Staying In Control, Responding to Misbehavior Without Damaging Your Child or Relationship, Your Child's Developing Self-Worth and Social Skills, and Mastering the Language and Importance of Play. This parent only seminar series will be held in 1 1/2 hour sessions over 4 consecutive weeks. No on-site child care will be available. Contact Kim for upcoming seminar dates and fees.
