I am an experienced, caring Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, National Certified Counselor with a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I have been practicing in the Triangle since 1998. I have a passion for working with children (aged 10 and older), adolescents, and adults with concerns that include: depression, anxiety, oppositional/acting out behaviors, self-harm, stress and anger management, coping with life transitions, trauma; parenting concerns, women's issues including pregnancy and infant loss; grief; and marital & relationship issues.
My approach to therapy draws upon the strengths and needs of each individual. I believe in being an active partner in helping clients address their individual concerns, giving direct, honest feedback, while providing a safe, non-judgmental environment. I expertise with interventions to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Therapeutic Partners is a private practice that has been serving the Triangle for over 16 years. With two locations, Raleigh and Holly Springs, our therapists have a range of training and expertise. We serve children, ages 3 and older, adolescents and adults with concerns in the following areas: trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, eating disorders, substance abuse, marital issues, oppositional behavior, self-harm, school related problems, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions such as relocation, job loss, empty nest, separation and divorce.
