About
Have you been struggling in your relationship? Have you just lost someone you love? Do you sometimes question your worth and lovability? You do not have to be alone in your journey. I can help you unpack what's going on with curiosity and compassion. I offer the emotional support and guidance you need to find a sense of wholeness and empowerment instead of avoidance and isolation.
My passion is in helping individuals and couples manage difficult life transitions. Navigating change is an invaluable skill we can rely on throughout our lives. Once we trust that we can face anything with the confidence to work through fear-- we can be more of who we are and share our true selves in relationship.
What's it like to be with me? By providing a safe space within a supportive relationship, I help you explore where you are stuck with insight and understanding. My style is both sensitive and direct. One of my primary objectives is to help my clients develop and connect with their own inner wisdom.
