My heart is to walk alongside individuals and couples as they seek healing, renewed hope, and a deeper sense of well-being.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic methods. I work with concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relational and marital challenges, and couples healing from infidelity, an area in which I am specially trained and certified, as well as faith-related or spiritual concerns.
I bring over 25 years of experience working with individuals & couples. My professional background includes 15 years as the Clinical Director of a local hospital, along with over eight years serving in a healing-focused role within a faith-based organization. I offer a blend of clinical expertise, sensitivity to spiritual values, and practical guidance.
