Are you going through transitions in your life such as changing careers, getting married, having a baby, or going through a divorce? These transitions can bring on anxiety, depression, and can increase existing mental health concerns. I will work with you to find the best solutions for you to get through these life changing events in a healthy manner. I have a strong interest in working with women who are having perinatal concerns such as miscarriages, postpartum depression and psychosis. I hold a certificate in Perimental Health. I am here to provide a safe space for you while you discover your own strengths in the healing process.
Our practice is unique in that we encourage a new way of counseling - We use the latest techniques, have an interactive website, and clients are able to reach me by email or phone. We also offer appointments w/in 24hrs, evenings and weekends.

Did expecting your little “Bundle of Joy” bring along unexpected problems? During this group you will have a chance to hear others’ experiences as you embark on this new adventure of parenthood. Challenges of the postpartum period will be shared. Women will learn tools and share ways to bring a wellness approach to their daily lives, and in turn, help their babies too! Some focuses of this group include: Previous Expectations of Life With A Newborn, Baby Blues vs. Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety, Body Changes, and Returning To Work.
