Do you wonder why you can't focus, feel anxious, tired, bored or overwhelmed? You might be experiencing stress, have a trauma history, are isolated or just want someone to talk with. Interventions like motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, trauma focused therapy, DBT and CBT are part of my tools I use to support my clients. I work with children, adolescents and adults.
My clients present with problems around self-esteem, depression, relationship problems, anxiety, trauma, alcohol abuse, and ADHD and other childhood issues. I also complete mental health evaluations for immigration.
