Let us work together so you can fulfill your potential by providing a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment where you can talk about your concerns, problems and issues. I use interventions like motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, trauma focused therapy, DBT and CBT. I am always looking for new ways to help my clients by listening attentively and reflecting back to make sure I understand. I work with children, adolescents and adults.
My clients present with problems around self-esteem, depression, relationship problems, anxiety, trauma, alcohol abuse, and ADHD and other childhood issues. I also complete mental health evaluations for immigration.
