Parent Coaching
Virtual group taught by DBT certified clinicians who have worked with emotionally dysregulated teens and adults for many years. Learn effective parenting skills that allow you to act more in line with your parenting values and to increase pleasant family time. Skills include mindful parenting, validation, conflict resolution, how to avoid making situations worse, how to understand the chain of events in difficult moments in order to change unwanted reactions and stay in control of emotions. Set parenting goals and receive education and support to stay on track.
