I have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, art therapist, mental health advocate, and educator. My approach to therapy is fuelled by compassion and curiosity, but is equally rooted in Relational-cultural Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy – three perspectives which blend well with holistic wellbeing and deep healing. I work in a trauma- informed, healing-centered way and am sensitive to one’s intersectional identity. I draw on embodied approaches to wellbeing and work to support self-compassion, self-regulation, and to foster resilience in those I am privileged to accompany along their journeys.
I specialize in trauma-informed relational therapy, with certifications in psilocybin and ketamine-assisted therapies. My greatest gifts are my capacity for empathy, creativity, my unwavering radical non-judgement, and my ability to build authentic, reciprocal, healing relationships. We can heal when we connect with our own inner healing intelligence.
