I take people on a journey of initiation and reclamation to remember their true essence. My own path has involved listening within and following my heart's guidance. This allows me to offer a unique perspective aimed at healing and stepping into your wholeness. I received my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from University of San Francisco and have over ten years of experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and life transitions.
I create a safe space where clients can go as deep as needed in order to identify limiting core beliefs and subconscious programming that is holding them back from living their truth. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and an integrative approach in our work together, I help clients shine a light on what lies beneath the surface.
In our first session together, I want to get to know you...what has been going on that is leading you to seek out support, learning more about your history, and your strengths.
