Therapy is a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process complex and challenging aspects of life. Increasing our awareness is the first step in forging new paths forward, and relinquishing strategies that no longer serve us. We all deserve to suffer less and therapy can help by offering a safe, supportive relationship to explore conscious and unconscious motivations and strategies; things that have helped us be successful in the past but are no longer serving us - and might even be the source of our current suffering.

My hope is that through our time together, you will feel safe enough to discover hidden parts of yourself and understand your experiences more deeply. What I offer is companionship on the journey into the darkness, so that you may feel safe to explore, even things that have previously seemed impossible to face.

Patients find that I am caring, compassionate, and that I am able to support issues that feel particularly complex, deep, old, or messy. My work is informed by IFS, Buddhist Psychology and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. If that sounds like a fit for you, please reach out.

Couple Sessions $200
Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible

My sliding scale allows you to choose a session fee that works for you between $120-$180 for individuals, and $160-$200 for couples/relationships/families. Unfortunately, I don't accept any insurance at this time. I am happy to create and share a Superbill for insurance reimbursement.
