I help teens and adults reprocess and distance the pains of past hurts and traumas. Clients who engage in therapy with me are tired of emotions jumbling up their life and are tired of memories stealing their precious moments of time. Clients are able to reprocess painful and traumatic memories and start living life again without the sting of those troubling memories.
I offer a trauma-sensitive approach with clients and I provide EMDR online and in the office. Beginning in July 2022, I will also have openings for EMDR intensives. Intensives are typically 2-3 hours of EMDR work processing multiple memories/triggers rather than being limited to working through 1 memory/trigger per 1-2 appointments.
