I help teens and adults reprocess and distance the pains of past hurts and traumas. Clients who engage in therapy with me are tired of emotions jumbling up their life and are tired of memories stealing their precious moments of time. Clients are able to reprocess painful and traumatic memories and start living life again without the sting of those troubling memories.
I offer a trauma-sensitive approach with clients and I provide EMDR online and in the office.
If you have been struggling with constant reminders of hurt, reliving traumatic memories in dreams or by daydreaming, and/or if you find that you are tired of being ruled by unwanted emotions, please reach out. I am able to provide EMDR (and other therapy services) online to Kansans and Nebraskans.

Professional Connections
Kim is an excellent therapist and co-owner of a thriving therapy practice. In the ten years I have known her, she has been my colleague, supervisor, and now a consultant for my private therapy practice. She brings a great deal of knowledge and warmth to her work with clients as well as her work coaching other therapists.
